Real estate commission calculator
Calculate an agreed percentage commission and divide it into two shares.
Formula
Commission = price × rate / 100; first share = commission × share / 100.
Total commission ≈ (300,000)×(2)÷100 · First share amount ≈ (6,000)×(50)÷100 · Remaining share amount ≈ (6,000)-(3,000)
How to use
- Enter the property sale price in one currency.
- Enter the agreed commission percentage; the default is an example.
- Set the first share percentage to see both amounts.
Examples
- Price 300,000 at 2%: commission 6,000; a 50% split gives 3,000 each.
