Ham cooking time
Estimate roasting time for whole bone-in smoked ham, 10–14 lb, at 325°F (163°C).
Formula
Minutes = weight in lb × 18–20 (uncooked) or 15–18 (already cooked).
Whole ham weight: 12 lb · Estimated lower time ≈ (12 lb × 0.45359237 kg/lb)÷0.45359237×18 · Estimated upper time ≈ (12 lb × 0.45359237 kg/lb)÷0.45359237×20
